Why promoting USA affiliate programs converts best for me

The reason why I, as a US affiliate, prefer working with these type of affiliate programs are because of the following reasons:
A. USA based merchants deliver their goods faster then other merchants. If my traffic source is mainly from the US, then i would like to promote merchants whom i know will deliver these goods quickly and easily, thus result in a higher conversion rate.
B. USA based merchants have a different approach to clients than other merchants from EU or Middle East for example. This is mainly due to the fact that, customer service in the US is outstanding, many of the merchant allow 30 days money back guaranteed and the US customer loves it.
C. Customers from the US, feel more secure when purchasing goods from US based merchants. I, as an affiliate would want to make them feel as good as possible, so that the transaction would occur.
These are only a few reasons, why i believe US traffic should be targeted towards USA merchants and advertisers. There are many factors other than prices and my commissions as an affiliate that will take part in choosing the most proper affiliate programs to work with, and as a US affiliate these are the ones i find relevant in my case.

Affiliate networks in the U.S. act as the liaison between publishers or affiliates and merchant affiliate programs. Such a network helps a website publisher to locate and take part in lucrative affiliate program that would secure more visibility for their websites, direct more traffic, and thus earn an income. The network also brings in additional business opportunities for websites that offer affiliate programs or online merchants, by promoting them to a larger group of publishers spread all over the world.
